Can I continue to host on other platforms?
Yes. Many of our owners keep their own listings running alongside ours. We synchronise the calendars so a booking taken on one platform closes those dates everywhere else.
What happens in case of damages?
Every guest is vetted before they arrive and the property is inspected after each departure. Where something has been damaged we document it, arrange the repair and recover the cost on your behalf.
When will I get paid?
You are paid on a regular cycle, with a statement showing every booking, the nights sold and anything deducted against them.
How do I synchronize my calendar between booking platforms?
You do not have to. We connect your calendars for you and keep them in step, so the same night can never be sold twice.
What are your fees?
What we charge depends on the property, where it is and how much of the work you would like us to take on. We will go through the numbers with you at your free appraisal.
